Indysaurus House Rental Rules * Signing our renter agreement means you acknowledge and accept the Indysaurus house rules. The house rules are also available in a physical format (binder) in the property for your convenience as well. * * All guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all Indysaurus Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay. * All guests must sign & adhere to rental agreement. * Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. Noise & The Neighborhood * Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood. * Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure. * Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the ********. Visitors * Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee. Functions/Parties/Events/ Large Gatherings * Unapproved parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at Indysaurus * Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers. Cleanliness & Maintenance No shoes inside the property. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please eat in the designated dining room and sunroom. Please do NOT leave dirty dishes in/around the house Please do NOT rearrange the furniture NO Smoking Our property only has offers and provides non-smoking rooms. Below is are NO SMOKING Policy. * Smoking of any kind; Cigarettes, Vapes, Marijuana and any other are NOT permitted inside or on property grounds. * NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. If this rule is not followed, there will be a $200 charge per day of reservation. * Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the ********. * No illegal substances allowed on the premises. * Indysaurus will collect any necessary and additional fees at check-in or within 48 hours of checkout. Pets * Pets or animals are NOT permitted on the property at ANY time. Security (Safety) ******** Hold * Indysaurus will collect and place a security (safety) ******** hold of $500 before guest arrival and will automatically be released 5 days after guest departure. The hold will not be collected until 1 day before guest arrival.
