We are located in a really privileged complex, quiet and with a beautiful private garden, where I could relax in the tranquility but in the city center.

We are on the ground floor of a building in the heart of Lugano.

This beautiful and modern duplex, has a new and functional kitchen with dishwasher, equipped with everything you need to cook, for 4 people.

On the upper floor there is a large sofa bed, ideal if parents and children want to sleep separately, or if you are two couples of friends.

On request it is possible to add the baby cot, high chair and some baby items, the extra fees applies.

Even if you travel alone, you will love this place, so serene to work.

On the lower floor we have a large spacious and very comfortable 5-star hotel bed, with orthopedic mattress, memory pillows and a comfortable large wardrobe, where you can store all your things.

The 50-inch television, allows you to watch Netflix.

Going to the bathroom, you find another built-in wardrobe, where we have also inserted the tools for cleaning.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower that is brand new and very elegant.

From the sleeping area you can access the garden where you can eat comfortably outside with your friends in the summer.

It is also an ideal apartment for long stays.

You will have the whole apartment available, which enjoys excellent privacy because the entrance is right next to the front door and you can use the private garden.

Pets used to staying in the apartment are allowed, in case of damage a refund will be requested.

If you want to wash and iron your clothes, if available from the cleaning team, we can pick up your clothes and bring them back ironed. The cost is 30 francs an hour plus 5 products and washing.

If there is availability, we will be able to grant you a parking space for CHF 20 per day.

We can also organize a taxi service for you, the rate depends on the destination and travel details.
