It is a great spot for couples or friends on vacation, remote workers, traveling medical professionals, and business travelers.
This is not a great place for smokers, partiers, night owls, or people under 25, and it is not suitable for more than 2 adults.
Enjoy staying in this contemporary and well-appointed, 750 sq. ft. (75 m2), 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of the Pearl.
This home isn't just another BNB, it is your hosts' home away from home. That means it is more personalized with a lot of love and upgrades that have gone into making it a more comfortable living experience.
The bedroom features a queen-size memory foam mattress, nightstands, hexagonal bedside lights, beautiful artwork, a standing mirror, and a walk-in closet.
The luxurious bathroom, with an over-the-top contemporary hex tile design, features a tall standing rain shower, shower wand attachment, and over-sized mirrored medicine cabinet to fit everything you need.
Enjoy making a homemade meal in this kitchen with a 4-burner gas range, full-size refrigerator with interior filtered water dispenser, Keurig and French-press coffeemakers, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. It's also great for heating up leftovers! The kitchen peninsula seats four and is set up in a way that you can still sit across from someone to enjoy a meal. And you may just lose track of time staring at the beautiful waterfall granite counters.
The living area features a comfy couch with leather ottoman that is perfect for watching a show from our 50" smart TV. Connect any of your streaming apps to stay up to date while visiting Tulsa.
In the office, the Herman Miller Aeron B chair and the adjustable height standing desk will keep you comfy while you stay on task. The beautiful artwork and photos of local attractions make a great backdrop for any video call. The high-speed Wi-Fi with more than 250 mbps will help you finish work faster to be able to go out and explore the city.
The office also features a laundry closet with stackable washer & dryer. We provide all the detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets you might need for free during your stay.

DAY VISITORS: The maximum number of people allowed on the property at all times is four ******** adults. Guests need to request approval for having more than two ******** guests.
EVENTS/PARTIES: An event is defined as any gathering that exceeds four ******** adults. Events, parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
NOISE: Keep noise to a minimum outside. No outdoor amplified sound (outdoor speakers). Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest must be an adult over 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire period reserved.
SMOKING: No smoking or drugs inside nor anywhere on the property.
PETS: One ******** dog is permitted. No cats permitted. Please inquire about other pets in advance of booking.
WEAPONS: Guests are not permitted to bring guns, firearms, rocket launchers or weapons of any kind onto the property, regardless of your gun or concealed carry license.
