OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED The City of Palm Springs has very strict noise ordinances. The minimum fine for a first offense is $500. NO SMOKING An additional cleaning fee of $1500 will be charged if you smoke inside the house or on the premises. HOT TUB/POOL Children under the age of 12 are not recommended to use the hot tub due to the high temperature, and must be supervised at all times.
