We’re pretty friendly and open, so there are a few house rules. We ask that you respect the culture (as conservative as it is) when coming in and out of the building. And if you want to host a guest, be careful with your screening process for everyone’s safety. Please don’t smoke in the room. Smoking is okay in the living room and other open and outdoor spaces. If you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

I had a great stay at Ahmed's place. Unfortunately, I arrived later than expected due to an airport delay, but Ahmed was very flexible and understanding. He's extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The room was super nice with a very comfy bed, and he even offered me an extra blanket. The location is also great and easy to find. Overall, a really chill and pleasant stay.

I loved staying at Ahmed's place. He and his sister are incredibly welcoming hosts. They were very helpful with advice and suggestions for exploring the city. In a word: I felt at home. And his two cats are absolutely adorable.

If you hesitate to book with Ahmed, this is your sign to do it. The flat has a timeless vibe, you feel like in a vintage indie movie. You feel very comfy in it, the room is perfect and it has all the amenities you need to travel and stay. Worth mentioning the neighborhood is very safe. Ahmed is the ultimate host, a charming man with whom it is easy to speak with. A lot of useful advises that made our trip in Cairo better. I will come back for sure!
