Please take few moments to review our house rules and few reminders prior to your arrival on short code start [check-in date]short code end IMPORTANT: The unit is equipped with a smart door lock system. Pull/push the door to close the door properly, it will automatically lock from the inside/outside. I understand how difficult it is to memorize numbers, so always keep your unique pin code available to you - before going outside the unit to avoid being locked out. You will receive your pin code before or during your check-in time. * Strictly no smoking inside the unit. You may smoke at the balcony only, provided that you will ensure proper disposal and no smell inside the unit. (Penalty of 5,000 pesos will be charged to the guest if the unit smells cigarette smoke). * You are welcome to cook, but no heavy cooking please. Kindly pull the range hood to activate the exhaust and light while cooking. To turn off, gently push it back to its original position (No condiments available in the unit and only frying pan). * Please dispose immediately your trash at the designated trash area (in front of unit 1629 near the elevator), especially with leftover food that has a strong unpleasant smell to keep the unit fresh and relaxing. * The water, coffee, and biscuits are all complimentary, so please do enjoy your snacks. * Utilizing the extra foam/mattress is subject to extra guest payment fee of 500 pesos each. (Not unless booked in advance, you are welcome to use). * Help us reduce the energy consumption by turning off any electronics that are not in use, and turning off the AC before going out. * If you wish to use the pool, please proceed to the PMO (Admin Office) and pay 150 for each guest during regular days, and 300 during holidays. The pool is open from 6am - 10pm daily (Please read the safety guidelines in the pool area). Admin office is closed on Sunday and only until 1 pm on Saturday. * The fitness center is only being offered for long term tenants. * For your safety, the unit has intercom that is connected directly to the front desk. Press the white button once and wait to be connected. * Fire extinguisher can be found under the sink as well as the trash bin. Please do not remove the tag and do not change its location. * Please DO NOT discard tissue paper in the toilet bowl. There is a dedicated trash bin in the toilet. The scratches in the toilet bowl were caused by removing the clogged due to the accumulation of used tissue paper by the previous guests. * The unit owner and/or the property management is not liable for any incidents that might occur and the guests take full responsibility of their welfare for the duration of the stay inside the unit and all its facilities * Lastly, please consider my home as your home. I trust that you will take good care of the unit, as if it’s your own.
