Welcome to our wooden house in the countryside, ideally located just 1h30 from Paris. A little paradise for 4 friends who are happy to welcome you!

Come and enjoy this charming house with family or friends, for weekends or vacations in a quiet, natural and healthy environment.

Relax in the swimming pool, heated from June to September, lounge or do yoga in the garden, have fun in the outbuilding dedicated to games (table tennis and table soccer).

4 bedrooms, large bathroom, shower room, comfort. Close to shops, water sports center and cultural sites.

This wood-frame house looks like a mountain chalet, but in the middle of the countryside! It offers a peaceful, tranquil environment. It has two levels, a first floor and a converted attic. It was built and renovated with an ecological approach, using natural materials and ensuring good thermal insulation, with a heat pump-based heating source.

Our house has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own charm and sober decor, to give you a good night's sleep after your days exploring the region. There's also an anteroom with a sofa bed for two extra people.

On the first floor, there's a bathroom with a large shower, bath and double washbasin, complemented by a separate toilet. Upstairs, a shower room with WC, for added comfort.

Two desks are also available for work or quiet reading, one on the upstairs landing, the other in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Fiber-optic Wifi available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, with a central island and everything you need to prepare delicious meals using local, seasonal, quality produce that you can find in the village shops, just a five-minute drive away. We have also thought of your comfort by installing a fiber connection with wifi throughout the house, as well as a television to watch your favorite programs.

The whole house, the main garage, the garden and the swimming pool are accessible. The following are not accessible: inside the house, metal cupboards in the pantry, closed metal wardrobes and inglenook bookcases in each bedroom, Outside: padlocked cupboards in the main garage, swimming pool equipment room, outbuilding with white metal door.

The house is located in a hamlet of around ten houses, belonging to a charming little Perche village, Les Autels Villevillon, next to an inactive 11th-century church, whose decorations are listed as historic monuments.

Getting around is easier by car. The house has a tarmac driveway with space for 6 cars. A bus line passes through the hamlet, line 44, serving, in order, Les-Autels-Villevillon, Villevillon (nearest stop at the corner of the D30 and D13), Chapelle-Royale, La Bazoche-Gouet (shops), Chapelle-Guillaume, Soizé, Authon-Du-Perche, Coudray-Au-Perche, Souance-Au-Perche, Nogent-Le-Rotrou (station).
