My beautiful doorman condo with a private room with a queen bed, private bathroom and a large window with lots of natural light. The large living area is equipped with a dinning table for 6, open kitchen and outdoor 500 ft balcony with city and ocean views. The gay district Wilton Manors is approximately 2 miles and Las Olas Blvd 1.5 miles. The beach is also very close, 3 miles away. The condo is located within close proximity to restaurants, nightlife and the Brightline train station that will take you from Fort Lauderdale to Miami or Palm Beach.
Condo amenities: 24 hour doorman, pool, hot tub,, gym and full service salon located downstairs.
