Very relaxed 1920's home. Both hosts are easy to get along with. We work during the week , so a nice quiet spot for relaxing, unwinding or getting work down during the day.
Shared space with pets. Large deck front and back. Gas hot water with awesome pressure.

Washer and drier available , fridge freezer with ice maker, air conditioning and heater available. Gas cook top and electric oven. Sonos sound system available if required, including Sonos Move for out on the deck.

House is non-smoking, however smoking or vaping outside is ok We are pet owners but do not want anyone feeding the animals as they are on a strict diet Guests will have a one time use passcode for the front door If listening to music please do so with headphones or at a respectable level Kitchen is a shared space so feel free to use fridge, oven, toaster and kettle. House is mid renovation, therefore there are some outside areas that are deemed untidy due to soil piles, landscaping items, front fence half complete. Inside is purely cosmetic things such as a small amount of unpainted walls, and test patches in the kitchen area. The rented room is complete and very comfortable.

Superb location. Close to downtown and the everything Hawkes Bay has to offer. Dan was a fantastic house. Super flexible with everything I needed. Great recommendations too. Thanks for hosting!

Dan and his partner are amazing. I can't ask for more as perfect hospitality. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Napier. P.S. the dog is very friendly and cuddly.

Dan and Joe were perfect hosts. Very chilled and my room was lovely / such a comfortable bed. Felt like friends rather than strangers immediately and everything was very relaxed.
