HOUSE RULES 1. SAFE HOT TUB (SPA/JACUZZI) Usage: Guests seeking to utilize the HOT TUB do so at their own risk. Prior to usage, Guests must review the Viking Spa 2021 Owner’s Manual, including the important safety instructions listed, that is available in the house rules binder. Minors must be always supervised when using the HOT TUB. 2. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the property. Any GUEST or their guests not adhering to the No Smoking policy will result in automatic forfeiture of ********. 3. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ON PROPERTY: Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. Possession & usage of illegal drugs on property are also not allowed. Guests face immediate eviction & forfeiture of payment will occur should illegal drugs, illegal drug activity, or associated paraphernalia be discovered. 4. GUEST CARE OF PROPERTY & ACCOMMODATIONS: The GUEST is expected to return the property & accommodations to the HOST in the condition the GUEST received it in. There is no daily housekeeping service. Guests shall: a. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. b. Only use appliances for their intended uses. c. Leave all used beds stripped and unmade. d. Leave used towels in bathrooms. e. Leave washed & cleaned all used dinnerware, pots, pans, and glasses. The dishwasher must be left empty. f. Discard used foodstuffs from the cabinets and refrigerator. g. Remove all trash from the property and place it in the proper receptacle outside the accommodation at check out. h. Lock all doors when the Guest leaves the property for any period of time and at check out. i. Provide timely notification to the Host of any damages or problems with the property or accommodations upon discovery. j. Return keys to the host after departure. A replacement fee will be deducted from the ******** for each key. 5. NOISE: Noise on the property must be kept at a reasonable level as to not cause disturbance to the neighbors of general public. 6. PETS Non-Service Animal Pets are NOT allowed. Service Animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. 7. PARTIES: In no event may the Maximum Occupancy of the property be exceeded without written consent by the HOST. 8. NO UNDISCLOSED GUESTS: People other than those in the GUEST party set forth above may not stay overnight in the accommodation. Any other person in the accommodation is the sole responsibility of GUEST, and the GUEST will be held financially responsible for any damage done by their guest as if the GUEST had done the damage themselves. 9. HOST LIABILITY: The HOST will not be held liable or responsible for: a. Accidents, injuries or illness that occurs to GUEST while on the premises or its facilities. b. Loss of personal belongings or valuables of the GUEST. 10. GUEST ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 11. FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is not currently operational and may not be used. 12. WATER & SEPTIC: Only toilet paper may be flushed in toilets on the property. Damages will be assessed to guests should evidence to the contrary be discovered following a septic system incident. 13. OUTDOOR FIREPIT: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor firepit at their own risk.
