Johnny and Jason were excellent communicators and made it very easy to plan my arrival and departure at their property. The neighborhood is very quiet and once inside, their house is an escape with elegant detail throughout the interior. Outside, it's a picture-perfect scene set to relax all your stresses away. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that it wasn't long enough! Thank you to the gracious hosts for a wonderful stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying with Johnny and Jason to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The room was great, but as the listing mentioned, the backyard is the real gem! Jason and Johnny are also awesome hosts! Definitely will book again when visiting

This was our **third stay**, and somehow it keeps getting better every time. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the amazing aroma, you instantly feel at home—like you're staying with friends rather than at a rental. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a vibe that's both relaxing and elevated. The tropical-inspired hot tub is hands down one of our favorite features. It truly feels like your own private oasis. The location couldn't be more perfect, close to great food, nightlife, and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything Tampa has to offer. And the hosts, Johnny and Jason, are simply incredible. Their communication is always on point, warm, and welcoming, which makes the entire experience seamless every time. We absolutely love Tampa, and we *really* love staying here. Without a doubt, 1000/10, highly recommend!

Wow did I luck out... twice. And so will you! Johnny and Jason and the senior 4 legged manager were incredibly gracious, welcoming, and kind. Their place is stunning inside and outside and the location couldn't be better in terms of access to major routes and attractions in the Tampa area. It truly felt like I was staying with family. I hope to come back to their place soon and more importantly I hope to stay connected with Johnny and Jason. Would love to be friends. So don't wait. Book your stay here. You'll be glad you did. My 2nd stay at this beautiful house. It was exceptional in every way, from communication, to amenities, to their charming neighborhood... Johnny and Jason are very nice: social but also give guests their space... The bedroom and bath are up front, giving you exceptional privacy. With bakeries and cool eateries, tree-shaded Seminole heights is a gem, and the private hot tub and verdant backyard are very romantic.

We had an amazing experience staying with Johnny and Jason! The place was amazing, clean, and well cared for and in a great location to explore Tampa and St. Pete.
