This is a unique nook that is ideal for relaxation and privacy ; ) It is a semi basement appartment just a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and all transports including a mini market and a gas station. Its located on a quite road just 10 minutes away by car/cab from Glyfada center with lots of shopping and restaurants and bars etc. It is also 20 minutes away by car/cab from the center of Athens and all its sites. This place is ideal for unwinding and relaxing after an adventurous day out discovering the city and it's delights. There is free easy parking on the street as well as a bus station and tram station that can connect you to wherever you want to go including the airport or the main port. You will feel safe and comfortable in this nook and all you have to do is bring your lovely selves on over to enjoy and discover ; )

Overall the neighborhood is safe a friendly. You can be as comfortable as you like. You won't feel odd or uncomfortable. Every restaurant and bar is friendly, but if you want LGBTQI bars you will have to head to Athens. For the gay community there are glorious nude beaches nearby on the coast with something for everyone ; ) And if open your "applications" you won't be disappointed ; 0

So cleanliness is key and the respect of the place and the neighbors is crucial. You can invite people over for small gatherings no problem. After midnight the noise needs to be down ofcourse but on the Weekends it's more flexible. I allow pets as long as they are house trained. Other than that enjoy your freedom and your stay!
