This is a 2 apartment building. Tenants occupy the apartment above. Tenants and guests are asked to keep ALL noise levels down stating at 10:30pm until 6:30am. 2 designated parking areas are available for each unit. No guest parking or driveway blocking at any given time. Building has designated coin operated washers and dryers for each apt ($100 per load). All tenant/guest are asked to use the washer/dryer designated to their apt. Trash/recycling is posted for pick up days. Trash is self managed. Both units have access to the backyard and it's amenities at any given time. All tenants and guests are asked to keep the backyard free of debris especially in designated areas so that the automated maintenance is not disrupted. This includes a quiet robo-mower that operates 2x per week @ 3am. Automated on/off lights in the common, and outdoor areas, operate 1 hr before sundown and sun up. Please do not turn the lights on/off in common areas.
