Zen Backyard w/Heated Pool

HOUSE RULES: • Please, TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE as of your own. • All DAMAGED, BROKEN or STOLEN items must be reimbursed. • We have 3 parking places. Please, DON'T PARK ON THE STREET AND GRASS. Any car parked on the grass or street will be towed away. • Please, DO NOT ATTACH NOTHING on the walls as you can damage them and no GLITTER otherwise extra cleaning fee will be applied. • Don't forget to CLEAN THE DISHES AND GRILL after using them, otherwise extra $20 of cleaning will be applied. • Please, RECYCLE THE GARBAGE: BLU= ONLY RECYCLABLE, BLACK=all the rest (only with trash bag). Don't throw nothing in GREEN bin! Protect our environment. • Please, don't unplug or cover the CAMERAS without previous agreement with owners, the penalty fee is 200$! POOL RULES: • No LOUD NOICE AND MUSIC in the pool after 10PM. • Please, don't throw FOOD AND DRINKS in the pool. For your safety, use of glass is strictly prohibited. • Please, don't touch pool pump, A/C motor and/o pool heater behind the house. This area is only for stuff. • The max depth of the pool is 6ft. Use the pool ON YOUR OWN RISK! We don't suggest to use the pool and we are not responsible for people that DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM, DRUNK, SICK, PEOPLE ON DRUGS or KIDS without adults surveillance. EXTRA SERVICES: • HEATED POOL is included in the price 11/24 - 03/31. March 31 - November 23 the price is $40/daily • You can take your PET, SERVICE DOG or EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PET with you for an extra fee of $50/each. Please, inform us during the booking about your pet. The max weight of your pet shouldn't exceed 30lbs. Please, don't let your pets go on the furniture, as other guests can have an allergy. No pet's POOPING or PEEING is allowed on the property. Extra charges will be applied if the residues will be find. Thank you for understanding! • GOLF CART RENTAL. We offer to our guests to explore Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors and Lauderdale-by-the-sea in an alternative way - by a GOLF CART. It's lifted, street legal, can fit 6 passengers and has speakers to make your ride even better. 1 day = 120$/daily 3 days = 95$/daily 7 days = 70$/daily • Extra GUESTS fee after the 6th person is $30/each
