A quick 35 min Metra ride to Chicago or enjoy gorgeous downtown Elmhurst only 10 min walk or hit the local “Doc’s” Tavern one block away and enjoy the upscale Italian restaurant next door. One block from the Prairie Path which connects for miles for biking or walking. Convenience store 2 blocks away with several bars and restaurants all within a 2 min walk.

The house has two guest bedrooms on the second floor, one with a full size bed the other with triple bunkbed.

Upstairs there is one guest bathroom however another guest bathroom on the first floor if needed. There is a separate living TV area upstairs for alone time. Or enjoy the fire pit outback with a glass of wine or bbq your favorites. A 20ft pontoon boat can also be rented as well. Enjoy downtown Chicago river and amazing views and restaurants.
