Charming gîte for rent in the Conie valley

I rent the house punctually for minimum periods of 2 days (weekends, Friday to Sunday), 3 days during the week and preferably weekly during school vacations. Possibility of requesting atypical periods and adaptation of rates if long durations or repeated rentals.

As a personal residence, the walls, furniture and books have a soul. But the rooms are neutral and devoid of personal objects, so you can settle in and feel at home!

The house is spacious, with large rooms. A large kitchen where 10 people can eat without difficulty, large worktops for cooking with several people, a 5-burner cooking piano and a very large oven for guinea fowl.

Plenty of space for games, hushed discussions, and videoconferencing for those who can't get away from telecommuting (fiber).

Heating by two large stoves in the kitchen and living room for roaring fires. Wood available. Complementary electric convector heaters.

Without being fragile, the house is not suitable for large groups. It is, however, ideal for vacations with friends. Ten beds, 3 +1 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed, one mezzanine bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and three single beds, two of which can be twinned. A dressing area used as an extra bedroom with single bed.

The house opens onto the courtyard, with a large garden planted with trees behind the barns that enclose the courtyard.

Numerous walks from the house in the Conie valley without taking the car. Atypical village in the heart of the Beauce region, 20 km from Perche Gouët, Bonneval and the Loir valley, 35 km from Chartres Cathedral or the banks of the Loire at Orléans, 50 km from Blois and Chambord.
