Pleasant, bright two-bedroom apartment just a stone's throw from Paris (20 min from the Marais by metro)

I propose you to stay in my apartment.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION T2 of 30m2 composed of : - 1 bedroom (2-person 140cm mattress bed, storage space) - 1 living room (1 x 1-seater for children or teenagers, a 4-person table, 2 armchairs and a coffee table) - 1 kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker) - 1 shower room - 1 separate WC with washbasin

OTHER EQUIPMENT : bed linen and towels, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE : Flexible arrival and departure (please let us know in advance) Departure possible in the afternoon if there is no rental in the suite.

ACCESS TO APARTMENT: All areas of the apartment are at your disposal, except my office/dressing room where I store my personal belongings. I also use one shelf of the fridge and leave the rest at your disposal.

IMPORTANT REMARKS : Positive points: - apartment large and comfortable enough for one person or a couple (or even a couple + a child in the living room) - 6min walk from the metro - fairly well-equipped and pleasant - very bright - new paintwork - thick mattress, very comfortable, clean and recent - flexible arrival and departure times (to be discussed)

Negative points: - located in a building under renovation (no work at the moment, but the building is not the most beautiful) - living room and bedroom open onto a busy street (not the quietest) - no shutters but blackout curtains: the light filter is not 100% for sleeping in the morning

NEIGHBORHOOD: The building is located in Bagnolet, a town in the eastern suburbs of Paris, in a working-class neighborhood that's not very lively, but has good transport links. Shopping: 3 min from a bakery, a small grocery store and a pharmacy (open until 8 p.m. all week). 7 min from Franprix (open until 9 p.m. all week) 9 min from Gallieni shopping center, including Auchan and Action Exits: 5 min from Sample Bagnolet (cool cultural bar open Thursday to Saturday evenings) 10 min walk from Parc départemental Jean-Moulin - Les Guilands (Montreuil)
