The apartment is located in one of the most attractive areas in the southern part of the city, right next to Perisur Mall and Artz mall.

Our apartment is within a private condominium that offers many amenities. Imagine waking up to a beautiful forest and park with soccer fields and outdoor exercise equipment. There's also a special area for kids and a 1.6-kilometer running track to stay fit.

The building facilities include an event hall and a fully equipped gym. Security is a priority, with two 24-hour security filters, ensuring peace of mind for our residents.

Inside the apartment, there are two of us and our beloved older dog, making up our small family. Our kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. Additionally, we have a terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
