Welcome to our little paradise! The apartment is a modern and comfortable space in the heart of the Canal Saint-Martin district. It is within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a comfortable bedroom. Paris' 10th arrondissement is a lively and diverse district known for its bohemian culture and rich history. The downtown district is home to many artists, writers and musicians, and is home to a variety of art galleries, theatres, restaurants and clubs. The Hausmanienne architecture building is a historic address. It was the home of the important French poet Paul Verlaine from 1880 to 1882. We ask all guests that in case of problems, breakdowns or damage to any object, appliance or electronic equipment, to promptly report the event to one of the available hosts. Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen and bathroom tidy. Guests are requested not to make any alterations or changes to the furnishings of the house without prior notice. Dear guests, please keep your tone of voice low after 22:00 when outside the house (courtyard, common stairs and hall). SMOKING is FORBIDDEN inside the house. The common peace must be absolutely respected and considered. Attention! Luggage storage for CHECK-IN guests: after 11:30 am. Luggage storage for CHECK-OUT guests: until 14:45. The host reserves the right to request the immediate and definitive removal of guests from the property in case of serious disturbances or disruption of the condominium. In these situations, there will be no refund.
