There is a direct connection to the seaside and beaches. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The gay district is easily reached by Metro. The apartment is bright and spacious (58 m2) and is on the first floor of the building which has a lift. It features a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a reception room, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine, and a balcony. I used to live in London, have studied Molecular Biology at the University College and worked in Cancer Research. Later I moved to Berlin, lived there for 3 years and now I live in Athens, another metropolitan city which offers great cultural entertainment (Musicals, Opera, Concerts) , great nightlife as well as easy access to the seaside and beaches. I am very easy going , friendly, quiet person and have absolute respect for the property which I use when travelling. As host I expect the same from my guests.
