The available room is large, quiet, with its own balcony and large bathroom with a queen bed, air conditioner and air purifier. Another room can be available with a double bed. Each room could accompdate an extra cot. The apartment has large common / shareable areas (living/dining room & modern, well-equipped kitchen). The apartment has laundry, drying & ironing facilities in the kitchen. The apartment has ample parking space on ground floor, and includes CCTV & security guard.
