The building is located in the San Patricio neighborhood of Usaquén. This neighborhood has a wonderful balance between the tranquility of its residential areas and parks, and the movement of important avenues of the city and places of recreation and food. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of its parks, you can go, among many, to Parque Francia, located on Calle 106 -five blocks from the building-, which has basketball courts and shaded paths next to the dense canopy of native trees. If you prefer to enjoy the bustling life of the city, walk to 109th Street, where you will find the best beauty and hairdressing salons, fashion boutiques and spectacular restaurants such as La biferia, baguetele, Philippe, la macheteria, and many others; you will even find theater and party places such as Cabarete on that same street.

You can easily get around in Bogota from the building. Within walking distance you will find the Unicentro shopping mall, Santa Ana shopping mall, Usaquen train station, 93rd street, Usaquen park, 109th street and the World Trade Center. Carrera 17 and Carrera 7 have public transportation service to the north and south of the city, while Calle 100 will connect you to the east and west of the city. Cab and Uber can also be an option from the building at a very low cost thanks to its central location to the entire city. Points such as the t zone, the andino shopping center, the g zone, are only 15 minutes away by cab.
