Facilities included are power back up, high speed internet, washing machine, television, and refrigerator.
The apartment is situated in a well maintained residential complex with 24 hrs security, swimming pool, common use gymnasium, and landscaped gardens.

This is one of the areas most peaceful and well maintained properties, and we trust that our guests will enjoy the space for its quiet. Loud music and other noises to be contained by 11pm. The pool can be used during designated pool hours, but music, eating, drinking and smoking isnt permitted in & around the pool area. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but guests may enjoy their smokes in the terrace/verandah.
