Short Version Regulations 1. The entrance gate to the building must always be locked, the stairway gate must be locked after 8 PM. 2. Throughout the day we must always maintain a moderate volume of sound: a. No music or noise after 10 PM in all rooms. b. Respecting also the night silence in the corridors and stairways. c. Closing doors softly. 3. A healthy coexistence must be maintained at all times, respecting all the inhabitants of the house and those who work in it. 4. In common areas use outer clothing. 5. It is forbidden: a. Holding celebrations or parties. b. Pets are not allowed. c. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, only on the terrace. d. Abuse of alcohol consumption. e. The consumption of drugs is not allowed. f. Burning incense or lighting candles, for fire safety reasons. 6. At the Casa Naranja we care for the environment. Therefore, wasteful or disproportionate use of utilities should be avoided, and water and energy consumption should be reduced. a. A bucket is provided to be used to collect water from the shower while it is being heated. This water should be used for the toilet. b. Make sure that water is not running out of the bathroom, or water faucets are left on. If disproportionate use of water is detected, an additional charge may be made. c. Ensure lights in common areas and proivated areas are turned off if not in use. 7. There are garbage cans at the entrance of the apartment for separate garbage disposal. If the trash can in the kitchen or guest room is full, you are requested to put the trash down. a. Garbage must be taken down by Monday 10:00 AM; and by Friday 10:00 AM. 8. COVID19: Guests will be provided with cleaning fluids, disinfectant sprays, antibacterial gel, paper towels. a. Guests are asked to maintain maximum cleanliness: i. Leave shoes at the entrance. ii. Constantly spraying things that are touched with disinfectant. iii. Disinfect all incoming packages. b. COVID19: In COVID-19 season avoid visits. Force majeure cases have cost. 9. The daily cleaning of the sleeping area, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas will be done by the guest. (ex Alcatraces Room) a. No dirty dishes in the sink. 10. Included in the rental cost is a weekly cleaning on Thursdays from 11 am of the entire apartment including change of sheets and towels. a. If additional cleaning is necessary, it has a cost. Please consult with the owner. 11. Keep your valuables out of the reach of anyone. We are not responsible for partial or total loss. 12. The guest will respect and will not dispose of any object or food that is not their exclusive property, in case of doing so, they have the obligation to replace it. 13. Guests are requested to make use of the drawer assigned in the kitchen to store their food and avoid leaving them in the common areas.
