In order for all our guests and neighbors to enjoy a pleasant stay, we would be grateful if you would keep the following house rules in mind: 🏡 The apartment is for the exclusive use of the persons included in the reservation. 👥 If you plan to accommodate a third or fourth person during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can update the reservation and properly prepare the chaise longue sofa bed. The supplement for additional guests is between **30 € and 45 € per person per night**, depending on the season. 🔇 Please respect the neighbors' rest, especially between **23:00 and 10:00**. During these hours, please avoid loud noises both in the apartment and on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke on the terrace using the ashtrays available. 🐾 Pets are welcome only on request and with a **supplement of 5 € per day**. 🎉 Parties, events and gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed. 🔑 Please make sure to close doors and windows and turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🗑 We would appreciate it if you would leave the apartment in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness upon your departure. If during your stay you need any information, recommendations or help, I will be happy to assist you.
