We are a gay couple who work professionally in the financial services industry. We live in a single-family house in the New Tampa / Wesley Chapel area with our two blue-heeler fur babies. We both work from home inside our own office rooms during the day. We are looking forward to not only accommodating your travel needs but also expanding our circle of friends.
We have 2 spare rooms for rent. This listing is specifically for Bedroom and bathroom #2 upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a full bathroom with double vanities next to it upstairs. In addition, there are shared spaces for your easement and enjoyment - dining room, kitchen, living room located downstairs, family room/theater room upstairs, and a heated pool inside a covered lanai outside in the backyard. Must be OK with sharing common space with dogs.

Outstanding Home! Lovely heated pool and all the amenities. The host were very laid-back and friendly. They were helpful with pointing out good restaurants in beaches. We had plenty of privacy, but also enjoyed cocktails by the pool with the host and great dinner out together. We joined them at an Irish pub where Stan was playing some great music. The bedroom was spacious and the mattress very comfortable. We would highly recommend this lovely home and gracious hosts. The rural setting is not close to downtown Tampa, but great if you're looking for a little peace and quiet in a rural setting. We had a great time and we definitely recommend this home highly.
