This sleek, clean 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with gorgeous mountain views awaits you in a quiet corner of central Palm Springs. Located in the La Palme development, this is one of the few plush and vibrantly green complexes in Palm Springs.

Although officially a condo, there are no units above you so it feels much more like a home. Enjoy a coffee on the terrace or a swim in one of our six pools/hot tubs. (Most of the time you can find at least one that is empty and turn it into your private pool.)

A wonderful surprise in this property is its proximity to Palm Springs Airport -- you literally can walk there -- but at the same time, because all air traffic goes eastward, you hear/see nothing, and you'd never otherwise know you live so close.

This home has been carefully rented before and references are available upon request.
