For added security, we ask you to activate the alarm every time you leave the apartment. A remote control will be supplied with the key. Shutters and windows must be closed each time you leave the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Garden furniture will only be available for use from June to September. A small table and two chairs will be available outside these periods. For self-catering departures, you will be asked to run the washing machine with bed linen and towels, and the dishwasher. For stays of more than 7 days, we offer a hygiene kit comprising dishwasher and washing machine tablets, toilet paper and household detergent. Price on request, depending on length of stay. Noisy parties are not permitted. This accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility, only the terrace is not accessible to wheelchairs due to a high step. Our accommodation is inclusive, we accept all origins and sexualities, if you do not agree with this principle, please do not rent with us.
