HOUSE RULES For security reasons we have some camera monitoring front door, flat (A) door and corridor. has not any camera in private areas. Please read carefully. Please!!!!when you use communal area, keep the place clean and tidy. Bed line will be replaced when the guest stays more than 1 week. Smoking tobacco, weeds, or use any kind of illegal drugs or smelly drugs inside the house/bedroom or on the windows is not allowed under penalty £200. Visits are not allowed, under penalty £200. bedroom is just for one person. Please mind and be quiet and respectful, especially before 08am and after 10pm. Please don’t running on the stairs and corridors and not slamming doors, it is a shared house. Don’t do noisier, please do not unpack bags when check in is after 10 pm and do not pack after 10 pm. this is usually noisy and may disturb other guests. Please avoid having a shower also after 10pm. We work hard to provide a quiet house during the day, and usually it is, however we are picky by silencing after 10pm. if you are a night person and sleep during the day, then this may not be the ideal place. Hair dryer and brush are stored in your private bedroom. Iron are in your private kitchen. Iron board is on downstairs. About bathroom Our bathroom is impersonal, so please don’t leave personal belongings out off appropriated space such as: towels, clothes, shoes, shampoo and conditioner. Towels shouldn’t be hung on the bathroom. Make up and hair blow dry should be done in the private bedroom. Keep bath curtain and glass closed, you avoid water on the floor. About insurance We are only responsible for insurance of the property. All other insurance, being accidents, inside or outside the house, health, cancellations and or belongings is the responsibility of the clients.
