Sorry, but I’ll need to do a quick review of priority house and safety rules before I say have fun and enjoy your stay! Parties/ kickbacks/ Pre-Gaming: You will need to register each of the guests that will be staying in the home. It’s against ******** policy and my house rules for non-registered guests to enter the property or be on premises. Please do make sure you include all guests on the booking, even if they are only visiting for the day. Violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. Please be honest and mindful that there are cameras on the property. Clean up: Please be mindfully to leave the home in the state that it was entered as far as cleanliness. It is expected that there will need to be cleaning done after host, but if more than washing of linen and towels, mopping, and minimal dishes to wash there will be additional cleaning charges. Self Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. By checking into the property, you agree to all house rules here, on the ******** site and posted at the property. Neighborhood : Our neighborhood is very safe! For added piece of mind we have security cameras at the external entrance. However, as a general rule in any city, you should lock your car and not leave valuables visible. Please do not touch or adjust cameras. Quiet hours: We have a close relationship with our neighbors - as we have lived in the neighborhood for almost 20 years! We ask that you respect them and keep noise down; particularly after 10:30pm and until 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by the police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the premises without any refund. Smoking and pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking (of ANY type) in the home. Last rule: Have fun and enjoy your stay!
