Cbastien has been the kindest host we could've possibly hoped for! He helped us any way he could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and it truly did feel like being home the whole time (lovely house distanced quite comfortably from the city center, which was perfect for us). I can't thank him enough for his generosity and I'll definitely think about coming back!!

Cébastien was a friendly and welcoming host. I appreciated the meal, and the place looks just like the photos. It's about a 25-minute walk to the center. Just a note for future guests: there is no Wi-Fi available

Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, accessible via a short walk along the waterfront from the old town. The apartment is well-maintained, bright and pleasant. Sébastien was very responsive to messages and very friendly, the stay was perfect.

Quiet apartment in an atypical location, close to the center of Annecy on foot, very clean and with a very very warm welcome from Cbastien. Great breakfast... We will definitely come back... Kévin and David.

A lovely property located only 15 minutes walk from the center of Annecy. We enjoyed the clean apartment, thoughtfully designed with a view of the mountains! The bedding is also of very good quality. Our host Sébastien was not present but was impeccable. We're keeping in touch with pleasure. We obviously recommend it!
