In compliance with city ordinances and policies, no more than 2 people can occupy the private room. This policy extends to common areas in addition. There are absolutely to be no gatherings of more than 2 people while you stay with us. The room has a printed guidebook with listings of restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. No pets or children are allowed to occupy the unit during your stay. The entire house has no smoking of any type including the private rooms. Please dispose of all trash from cans in the kitchen and bedroom in the city canon the side of the house. Please place used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom. Please clean and put away all dishes and utensils used.
