Welcome to the Detroit Harbor Loft, a premier riverfront space perfect for traveling nurses, airline personnel, and professionals and vacationers alike. This beautifully renovated loft features a full kitchen, bathroom, large closet, and an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining area, and bedroom.

The loft boasts original varnished hardwood floors and soaring 12-foot ceilings, with two large windows dressed in room-darkening drapes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, and flatware. The spacious common area includes a futon, streaming TV, workstation, and a comfortable King-sized bed. For security and convenience, the entrance is equipped with a Blink camera system and a keypad smart lock.

Experience the Motor City: Explore the vibrant offerings of Detroit from this ideally located loft. Hart Plaza, Eastern Market, Greektown, Fox Theater, Belle Isle, Ford Field, and the ******** Building are all less than 2 miles away. Hart Plaza, Eastern Market, Greektown, Fox Theater, Belle Isle, Ford Field, and ******** Building, are located less than 2 miles away. Bike to The Riverwalk, The Detroit Institute of Art, The Michigan Science Center, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History. Enjoy the amazing nightlife at Spot Lite, Soho, Gigi's, Halo, Menjos, Pronto, Inuendo, Adams Apple, and Marble Bar which all are very LGBTQ-friendly.

If outdoor cameras, doorbell devices or internet are tampered with, this qualifies for immediate cancellation of your reservation. Do not unplug anything that is plugged in inside of the unit. No children No gatherings or parties. For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host. There is a $500 fine for any type of smoking anywhere but outside the building.
