Welcome to the Detroit Cadillac Studio Loft, a premier riverfront space perfect for traveling nurses, airline personnel, professionals, digital nomads, and vacationers alike. This beautifully renovated loft features a full kitchen, bathroom, large closet, and an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining area, and bedroom.

The loft boasts original varnished hardwood floors and soaring 12-foot ceilings, with two large windows dressed in room-darkening drapes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, and flatware. The spacious common area includes a futon, streaming TV, workstation, and a comfortable King-sized bed. For security and convenience, the entrance is equipped with a Blink camera system and a keypad smart lock.

Hart Plaza, Eastern Market, Greektown, Fox Theater, Belle Isle, Ford Field, and ******** Building, are located less than 2 miles away. Bike to The Riverwalk, The Detroit Institute of Art, The Michigan Science Center, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.
