Guests whose reservation is "Confirmed" must send a clear photo of their identity document (and of the persons reported at the time of the execution of the reservation) before their Check-in, and must carry this same document physically at the time of the beginning of their stay in order to be registered with the administration of the building. Before arrival, the host will send information that will be useful to the guest for the proper functioning of both the apartment and the common areas of the building. The host will also provide the code to be entered in the digital lock that will give access to the interior of the apartment.
