**House Rules** Thank you for choosing our luxury condo! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these rules: 1. **No Smoking**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Smoking must be done outside or at the balcony with the door leading to the condo firmly shut. Smoking apparatus and ash must be properly disposed of in bins, not over the balcony. A cleaning fee of [$200] will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the condo. 2. **No Parties or Events**: Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not allowed. Only registered guests may occupy the property. 3. **Quiet Hours**: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. 4. **Check-In/Check-Out**: Check-in is after 12 noon, and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-outs require prior approval and may incur a fee. 5. **No Pets**: We love animals, but pets are not permitted due to allergy and property considerations. 6. **Respect the Space**: Treat the condo with care. Please do not wear shoes indoors, and report any accidental spills or damage immediately. 7. **Trash Disposal**: Place all trash in the designated bins, e.g., kitchen or outside chute right across the door of the condo and follow local recycling guidelines. 8. **Use of Amenities**: Enjoy pool, gym, etc. responsibly and adhere to any posted community rules. 9. **Security**: Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee. 10. **Maximum Occupancy**: No more than four guests are allowed at any time, including day visitors, without prior approval. No more than two guests may stay overnight at the condo. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.
