1. PARTIES – No more than two guests above the 23 person sleeping capacity (25 if using pool house) allowed on property. We try to maintain positive relationships with our neighbors. Reach out if considering a special event (e.g., wedding). Damages will be invoiced. 2. SMOKING – Smoking allowed outside in the back yard (please dispose of all paraphernalia safely). Zero smoking, pipes and/or vaping are allowed within the home. Smoking damages will be invoiced for professional cleaning services (~$500 - $7,000 depending on extent of damage and availability of smoke removal services). 3. DISHES –Ensure all dishes are washed. Dishes should be collected from throughout the home and placed back where found. 4. MAINTENANCE SUPPORT – We want you to have a comfortable and hassle-free stay! If you find any issues (e.g., leaks, key malfunction, inoperable appliances, etc.) first we want to offer our sincere apologies, and second, would be incredibly grateful for you to share what those issues are so that we can get them addressed quickly. 5. PETS – As much as we love pets personally, pets are not allowed in the home. 6. RECYCLE / TRASH BINS - We ask that all trash during your stay from home, pool house, in-law quarters, and outside areas be taken out to the bins in attached garage. Additionally, not always, but depending on the dates of your stay, occasionally we may ask for your help in getting recycle / trash bins out for Monday pickups. It's certainly not a requirement, but definitely helps us keep things tidy for you and the neighbors. 7. PARKING - Plenty of off-street parking exists both in the attached 2-car garage, looped drive, and space in front of the detached garage. We ask that the shared blacktop drive way that continues on to a neighbor's home not be blocked in any way; blockages will be towed. 8. SHARING HOUSE INFORMATION - Share booking information and home policies with their all guests digitally prior to arrival. 9. GRILL – Scrub if used. 10. HOT TUB / POOL - Please ensure hot tub cover remains on while not in use. Open covers while not in use can lead to quick collection of debris from surrounding trees. Our outdoor pool is closed for the season until mid-May 2024. Please ensure NO GUESTS OR OBJECTS WALK ON POOL COVER (replacement costs are $5,000-$7,000 USD). 11. CHILDREN & SAFETY - A house of this size with stairs, deck, and pool inherently carry certain hazards. We ask that all children be monitored to help ensure their safety. All guests swim at their own risk. 12. GLASS NEAR POOL - Please refrain from bringing glass and ceramic items to the pool area and pool house. 13. WET GARMENTS ON FURNITURE – Please avoid. 14. REMOTES - Please place near the devices they are used for (e.g., TV's and garage). 15. DAMAGES - Please let us know if damages are incurred so we can address them for future guests. 16. ADDITIONAL CLEANING - For spaces requiring additional cleaning hours and/or equipment from cleaning services, additional fees may be assessed (e.g., spills, confetti, garbage, excessive stains, moved furniture). We've worked really hard :) Help us help your guests and future guests have a great time by encouraging each other to take care of spaces. 17. MOVED ITEMS - Please place items where found.
