Be in Birmingham's Gay Village by train in 35/40 mins (train centre is a 4 minute walk) A beautiful newly renovated Victorian vacation home dating back to 1877 with paid parking available, its ideally located for those with or without a car. Its just a four minute walk from the Cafes and Restaurants, River Avon and close to all the Shakespearean places of interest, RSC Theatre and parks. You’ll love our place because of the garden, the location, the cleanliness, décor and the comfy beds. Our place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids. Perfect for those wishing to relax and take in the countryside or visit some of the local Day Spa's.

Our Holiday home is like a little "Tardis" a lot bigger inside than you would expect. Inside you will find it spacious, light and airie, it has been newly renovated in March 22 to a high standard offering modern, comfortable and relaxed living for your stay. It comprises of two bedrooms one with a King size bed and the second two single beds. An additional rollaway bed can be provided if required at a small charge for parties of five and set up downstairs or in the Master bedroom. It has a large cosy lounge, kitchen with brand new appliances, separate Utility and a dining room that's can seat six plus an upstairs hotel style bathroom with separate shower and luxurious free standing bath with a heated towel radiator. We provide fans in the Summer months if required. There is also a lovely private Courtyard Garden with BBQ for a summers evenings and alfresco dining. The cottages is also equipped with a picnic blanket and cooler box for those days out by the river.

We equip the house with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitiser and fresh towels for all guests. The Kitchen has everything you should require during your stay, toaster, kettle, veg steamer, frying pan, sets of pans, knives, cooking utensils, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods, washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer, table mats and napkins. If booked in advance we can provide a high chair, travel cot, travel stair gate and children's bed guard.

We also have a Champagne bucket for chilled bottles to be enjoyed in the garden on a summer evening. The Courtyard garden has a covered seating area with a six seater table and chairs covers and there are pot plants taste fully positioned with pretty solar lights. There are two relciner chairs for those who fancy a sleep?

The private courtyard garden with its covered area is perfect for those wanting to bring along road or mountain bikes to explore or those looking to see Stratford by paddle board on the river which quite a few of our guests do. The garden is secure and bolted on the inside top and bottom.

We have put into place a vigilant cleaning and disinfecting regime of the whole property in between guest stays to prevent infection and keep both us and you safe.

The only thing that will be locked is one half of the supersized wardrobe where we keep all our bedding and the blanket box where we store any cleaning supplies.
