Additional rules Hi dear guests, Welcome to Quintas Del Mar #50! I hope your journey was pleasant and comfortable. Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation rental. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. Please take a minute to read each of the house rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your ********. Check-out time is at 11:00am. Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after. Before you check out, please ensure that dishes are washed and trash is removed. Wishing you the best stay! –Adolfo Yee ********************************************************************************** GENERAL Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. There is no smoking: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Pets are permitted inside the property. If you notice that a rug or other item has been stained or damage, clean as soon as possible and notify me so we can sanitize the area. Quiet hours: Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00pm to 8:00am) and avoid loud noises during specific times of the day. EVENTS Parties and events are prohibited inside the property. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount. GUESTS and VISITORS Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules. Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. GARBAGE Please take the trash out before you leave. There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided grey trash cans for this in both bathrooms. HOUSEHOLD I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out. Please take care of the furnishings. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. You have to pay for damages that exceed the ********. Guests should clean all dishes/pans before departing. Failure to do this may be taken from the ********. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Guests should switch off lights, fans and any other electronic devices when not in use. Towels and sheets that are provided at the vacation rental are not to be removed from the property. You are expected to treat the Vacation Rental with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. You are expected to leave the Vacation Rental in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and respect the Host’s requests regarding check-out procedures.
