We want to ensure that you have a fantastic stay while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment in our residential building. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules: Strict Capacity: The space is designed for a maximum of 2 guests. No additional visitors or parties/gatherings are allowed in the apartment or common areas. Check-in: Depending on availability at the time of your arrival, check-in will be conducted in person at the front desk or via self-check-in. You must provide your estimated arrival time in advance so we can give you the necessary instructions. Pets: Strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building’s common areas without exception (an automatic fine of $100 USD plus deep-cleaning fees will be applied in case of non-compliance). Smoke-Free Environment: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (tobacco, vapes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on the private balcony. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an automatic fine of $100 USD. Laundry Center (Smart Washer/Dryer): Use of the laundry equipment inside the apartment is not included in the standard rate. It is available upon prior request at a cost of $10 USD per cycle (the smart machines track consumption and usage in real time via an app). Respect for the Community: The Tower’s common areas (rooftop, gym, coworking space) are intended for quiet, professional use. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
