The large and modern kitchen is completely outfitted for your comfort, and the home is ideal for families or groups with its flexible sleeping arrangements.

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom unit on the first floor with keypad entry through the front door or back of the house. You can also enjoy the fully-fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill, stone patio, outdoor seating, and an adjacent grassy lawn.

1. Quiet hours: Please observe City of San Diego quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. 2. Electricity: We want you to be comfortable, but please help keep our utility bills down. Close doors when air conditioning or heat are being used and shut it off when you aren't home. 3. Coasters & Place Mats: We love our tables and furniture and want them to stay looking as good as new. Use coasters on all furnishings before placing a drink and a placemat when dining. 4. No Smoking: We do not allow smoking on the property. 5. Laundry: Washer & Dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen. They are available for your use at anytime, except during quiet hours. We provide you with a starter amount of laundry detergent, but if you run out please provide your own. 6. Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash & recyclables in their respective containers. The garbage bin is located in the kitchen island and the recycling bin is located in the laundry room. Once these are full, please discard in the large receptacles located in the back of the house. 7. Only registered guests are allowed to reside in the house during your rental period. No new friends (or old friends) are allowed. 8. Candles: There are no wax candles in the house and we ask that you do not provide your own. There are battery-powered candles for your use. 9. Pets: A maximum of one dog, less than 50 lbs is allowed, unless they are a registered ESA and/or Service Animal as defined by the ADA. 10. Access into the house: The front and back doors are outfitted with keypads. The backyard gate has a physical key that you are responsible for. There is $25 missing key fee in case of loss. 11. Absolutely no use of illegal substances or partaking in illegal activity on the property.
