Detroit Metro Airport is luckily just 15min away as well plus Detroit, Ferndale, and Ann Arbor are all just a 20-30min drive from my place. There are many gay bars, clubs, events, and a bathhouse within a short distance of my apartment. I also do Lyft/Uber as my main form of employment currently so if you need a ride somewhere i can definitely help arrange that.

This is an apartment so nudity must be confined to inside where privacy film has been attatched to the windows. As night just make sure the blinds are closed as well. If I'm present please note that if i partake in being nude as well that is not consent to touch me. Please no excessively loud noise but music is fine even at night. I have two cats who are very friendly, please make sure not to let them out while coming and going and don't leave the front or sliding door open. If you have any guests please clear it with me first. No smoking inside, i have a balcony if you need to smoke a cigarette/420. Nicotine and thc vapes are allowed inside. I have disposable plates, bowls, and cutlery if you need them and also provide snacks, water, and if available beer. My stove currently doesn't work so if you're bringing food plan to use either my microwave, air fryer, or toaster.
