Hello! 👍 ,
I hope the following comments work for you and thanks in advance for reading my (long) description:
1. location, 2. the apartment and the 3. other.

1. ABOUT MY LOCATION:
The Belgrano neighborhood is one of the most elegant and safest neighborhoods in the city of Buenos Aires, and my place is located just half a block from the busy Cabildo Avenue, with a fast subway network and bus lines within a block that offer access to most neighborhoods and tourist attractions, good nightlife, dining options, and the cultural and entertainment districts.
It is a commercial avenue, but being half a block away guarantees visitors a quiet stay in a very calm street, with many trees (a characteristic of the neighborhood) and even quieter at night: ideal for a good night's sleep and a restful rest.
Very interesting places within real walking distance:
* Barrancas de Belgrano (gentle "barranco"), a large, untidy park with fine trees, an old kiosk, ideal for a stroll along its newly developed paths or for a sunny moment of picnic.
* And just across the street: the Buenos Aires Chinatown, which offers good cuisine, many oriental souvenir stores, gourmet and conventional supermarkets, a gastronomic parade with multiple options and colorful streets, especially lively on weekends. (Don't miss the Chinese New Year celebration in our summer).
* Traditional intersection of Cabildo Avenue and Juramento Avenue with its 1) Belgrano Church and its elegant and recently restored dome, 2) Rodriguez Larreta National Museum, a must to appreciate a unique collection of our colonial art (and its elegant restaurant and garden), and 3) many shopping options and a nice handicraft market in the tree-lined square in front of the museum and the church.
2. THE FLAT:
You are invited to enjoy a quiet place and choose between 2 bedrooms, one newly decorated in a cozy antique style with an elegant private balcony overlooking a quiet street, equipped with a new hot/cold air conditioner, a comfortable mattress and a closet comfortable enough for your comfort.
One of the photos shows the bright L-shaped living room with a modern sofa and an intimate dining and breakfast area, both very bright.
Obviously there is a fully equipped bathroom (Mickey Mouse is very discreet...) with good linens, as well as a well equipped kitchen for cooking at home, with fridge, freezer and microwave, all at your disposal.
3. OTHER:
- The key to the bedroom allows you total privacy (even when leaving) and leaving and returning to the apartment assures you an independent stay.
- I 'inherited' a quiet and cute cat when my daughter went to live in Amsterdam, but she is absolutely clean and affectionate, and is kept out of the way.
- The building is a two-story building, typical of traditional Belgrano, and my apartment is on the second floor, next to a normal staircase, with only four floors per floor, -meaning virtually no foot traffic-, just a few quiet owners.
- I regret that the place still does not have facilities for people with special needs.
- Wi-Fi connection is good, even if you decide to use your devices on the balcony.
- The Belgrano neighborhood is usually very safe throughout the day.
Thanks for reading so much but I think it's better
Regards
Carlos

There are many different bars, discos, etc. of all sorts at a short distance and easy reach.
Buenos Aires is known for its late nightlife, especially in nearby Recoleta Quarter as well as in the Entertaining District on Corrientes Ave. ( our Broadway) and 9 de Julio Ave., where our Obelisk -Bs. As. landmark- stands.
Comments, directions and general guidance are available.

Hi ! Home regulations may be obvious, but here you are:
It is a smoke-free apartment but, eventually, it is ok in your private balcony on a quiet street.
Respect for privacy and order in common areas.
Communicate needs and aventual inconveniences with no delay (e.g.: adjustments in the breakfast options, if applicable, etc.)
No other guest than you is allowed, mainly for mutual safety.
Thank you very much!
