The apartment is 36 m2 with old parquet flooring, a small balcony, a living room, a bedroom (overlooking the courtyard) and a bathroom with bathtub. It's comfortable and well-equipped. It's a place to live, so it's not a hotel or an ikea apartment, just a small Parisian apartment. I'm away from mid-December to mid-January, so you have the whole apartment to yourself. The neighbor will give you the keys when you arrive.
