This beautiful new apartment, built in 2023, is located in the prestigious Dominique building and managed by StayQ. The StayQ team will be happy to welcome you and help you during your stay.

The building is located in the Cielo Mar neighborhood, a sector in full development in the North Zone of Cartagena.

The airport is 5 minutes away by cab; 15 minutes from the historic center; 10 minutes from the Convention Center of the Americas, and 10 minutes walking from the beach (Playa Azul).

Living and dining room with 70 inch TV; 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room and king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed; 2 bathrooms with shower and hot water; and a laundry room with gas washer and dryer with the latest technology.

The apartment has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, as well as high definition TVs in every room, high speed wifi and hot water.

Our guests also have access to the common facilities of the building.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

The building does NOT allow visitors. Access is only allowed to people registered in the reservation and at the time of check in.

It is not allowed the entrance of people who are not authorized in the reservation as guests.

The apartment helps to reduce the carbon footprint and protect the environment by controlling the air conditioning consumption through automation using smart solutions - SmartHome; e.g. the air conditioning cannot be turned on while the balcony doors remain open or will automatically turn off if the balcony doors remain open for more than half an hour. We also ask all guests to please turn off the air conditioners and lights when leaving the apartment.
