Private Bedroom with Bay-View Balcony in 5 de Diciembre

Herman and Jeff's place was fantastic. They are super welcoming hosts and have their proverbial thumbs on the pulse of the area. The views at the property are fantastic. The room is spacious and quiet. The outdoor balcony was a great touch and allowed for private sunset viewing as well as watching fireworks from "the pirate ship" in the early evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is Amazing! Jeff and Herman are super nice guys and so easy to get along with. They made me feel so welcome. The place is exactly what the listing reads. I highly recommend, and would definatly stay here again.

You will enjoy a spectacular view of the city and sea from Herman and Jeff's beautiful and spotless apartment. I highly recommend it. It's even better than the photos. The king size bed is so comfortable and I had the best sleep I've ever had in the city, because it's a quiet area with no loud traffic or bars next door. But a short walk down the steps and you can be walking the malecon in minutes. Loved having my own bathroom and my own balcony to enjoy the view. Jeff and Herman are very friendly and provide helpful magazines about the gay scene. Hetman was quick to reply to my questions before checking in. Thanks so much for a great stay, guys!

Staying at Herman and Jeff's place was an absolute dream. The stunning views of the water and the city, combined with the luxurious design and spotless cleanliness, made it unforgettable! The location is perfect—close to the main attractions and the beach. Herman and Jeff's warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made me feel completely at home, as though I'd known them forever! They truly go above and beyond for their guests! I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during my first trip to PV! This was actually my first trip outside of the US. Jeff and Herman made my stay more special that it probably would've been. They are incredible hosts! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed during my stay. They made me feel at home! Wonderful stay with Herman and Jeff! They're both lovely hosts. They were very kind, and had lots of great recommendations of what to check out. The property is GORGEOUS! Amazing view and removed from the noise and activity of the boardwalk. Worth the hike up the hill. I would absolutely stay again 100%

Jeff and Herman helped make my stay at PV very relaxing and enjoyable, with some tips at check in to help navigate the area, I was able to enjoy like a local. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities, unbelievable views of the bay. After navigating the steps from the property (great exercise) it is a delightful, short walk along the beach to Zona Romantica, or an even quicker trip by uber (I found the walk helped me get my bearings of the city better!) would definitely stay again!

Herman and Jeff are two wonderful hosts who made my stay in Puerto Vallarta even better than anticipated! The room was very clean, provided with all amenities, and the care for detail was impressive. What was even more impressive were the views from the apartment! The location is great if you prefer a quiet surrounding but on walking distance to the tourist hotspots (Zona Romantica, Malecon).
