I have a stylish, comfortable room in my condo that is at the base of the Indian Canyons with a great view of the mountain from the patio. Its centrally located. A short 3 min drive to downtown (a healthy 20 min walk) short walk to the Ace Hotel and/or Koffi and a short drive to Cathedral City shopping and amenities. The condo is shared with the owner. All common areas are available to guests in addition to their private room and bath.

This is in effect at all times not just during quiet hours. All trash must be taken out prior to check out. Linens can be left on top of the bed & towels can be left in the tub or shower. Please turn off air conditioning/heating, and all lights. Please make sure all burners on stove are off.
