The space is fantastic for a single or a couple. It has all the facilities you will need to visit a new place and feel safe and happy as in your own home. We are a 15 minute walk from the Poblado subway station. Being a residential place, the neighbors are very nice, there are greengrocers, stores, cafes, barbershops, bakery, pharmacy. There is even a shopping mall called "De Moda Outlet" about 5 blocks away.

I've tried to think of everything you need to enjoy a place like your own home while on vacation or on business. This is what people say they love most about this house:
- 900Mb WIFI (almost 1Gb).
- LOCATION: it's the best. Close to a big outlet mall. It is as close as walking to the heart of El Poblado but cheaper than living in Poblado.
- EXPERIENCE: It is easy to LIVE like a LOCAL. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, coffee shops, barber shops, bakeries, etc.
- The NEIGHBORHOOD is quiet and very SAFE.
You will also find many home comforts:
- A couch
- A small kitchenette with all the basics you will need.
- Wifi
- A smart TV
- Fury blanket
- extra blankets
- Towels
- Dining table
- Desk
- There is a free washing machine on the roof. You must buy detergent.
Here's what you might not like
- The studio is on a 3rd floor with no elevator.
- This is a residential area. It is not touristy. Poblado and Lleras Parks are 10 minutes away by cab and 30 minutes walking.

- Please wash your dirty dishes and pick up and dispose of trash prior to check out.
- Trash should be properly packed in trash bags and left in the corner outside the building.
- Do not use the property for any illegal activity.
- No Smoking.
- Please take a video or take pictures at check in and check out to have evidence in case of any resolution for any damage to the property or the elements of the apartment.
