Dawson's place is recently refurbished and the room was super-clean! I didn't see Dawson during my stay, but he was in communication via the misterbb platform. I did meet his cat, who greeted me at the door when I checked-in. The room is separate from the private bathroom, which is reachable in a room across the hall.
