The apartment sits on the 4th floor and overlooks a beautiful park. It has 2 bedrooms, one occupied by me and the other offered to MisterB&B guests. The huge central living room has an 1860s grand piano and a projector beaming onto a large blank wall (Chromecast and PS4). Off the living room is a balcony with two lounge chairs and café seating for two.
The bathroom is equipped with a stand-up waterfall shower as well as a bathtub. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large dining room table with space for 6 or more.
I am located in the heart of the trendy Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood of Berlin, near both the Wasserturm Park and Kollwitzplatz. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafés, and shops. On Thursdays and Saturdays, there are street markets a block away.
Important things to note:
- I have a medium-sized (very well behaved) dog who lives with me sometimes in the apartment.
- There is unfortunately no elevator in the building.
Public Transport:
- 3 min walk to M2 tram line, which provides a 5-minute connection to Alexanderplatz, a major transport hub in Berlin
- 7 min walk to U2 metro (U-Bahn) line, with direct access to Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Deutsche Oper, and more.
